CANCELLATION POLICY

One reschedule is allowed before the 48 hour window. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours will require an additional deposit to be submitted. All deposits are non-refundable. The initial deposit will be forfeited if a client cancels/reschedules within 48 hours or no-shows the appointment.
